I would like to take the time to thank your company LJ Hooker Real Estate Newtown for the assistance you provided and the professionalism you displayed in the recent reluctant sale of my cousin, Gordon Smith's unit at 11/60 Brocks Lane Newtown.
During the sale I was kept up to date with all aspects of the progression of the sale, from numbers attending the open for inspections, those requesting copies of contracts, and potential buyers through to the processes after auction. The regular communication was outstanding.
The sale was always going to be complicated due to Gordon's personal circumstances and the fact that as Gordon's legal guardian and living in Melbourne, I had to organise the sale from a distance.
Without your help it would have been extremely difficult to coordinate the tradespeople that were needed to bring the unit up to a saleable condition. Your advice and assistance with presentation was invaluable, as was your assistance with access for tradespeople.
The advertising was great, and the feature article in the Sydney Morning Herald was unexpected and a credit to your initiative. The final sale price was fantastic and has put Gordon in a much better position for the future.
Our sincere thanks go to Brett Whiteley who was pivotal in all of this and made himself available via phone and email at all times. He has given me a very positive lasting impression of your company and impressed numerous other owners within the block of units in Brocks Lane.
